Maintenance Management Plan. 4.2.1 DB Contractor shall submit the Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) to TxDOT for review and approval in its discretion no later than 120 days prior to the Initial Maintenance Term Commencement Date. DB Contractor may not commence Maintenance Services until TxDOT has approved the applicable MMP.

Maintenance Management Plan. (a) At the Department’s request, the Development Entity shall promptly meet and confer with the Department to review and discuss any Maintenance Management Plan submitted to the Department pursuant to Section 10 (Operation & Maintenance) of the Technical Provisions.
