Maintenance Management. Maintenance Managers or their designee are responsible for implementing policies defined in this handbook at all facilities having an authorized maintenance management complement. The installation head at facilities without an authorized maintenance management complement is responsible for implementing the MS-47 policy and managing these functions at their facility, with the support of the Maintenance Manager of the supporting installation.
Maintenance Management. 1. Call Time - Any Maintenance Management Employee called or required to return to work outside of his regularly scheduled shift for emergency calls which necessitates work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at time and a half. A minimum of two (2) hours at the time and a half rate shall be paid to Maintenance Management Employees when called by the police or fire department.
Maintenance Management. 1. A minimum of thirteen (13) paid holidays shall be listed annually by the Employer, plus one (1) additional day off with the approval of the immediate supervisor.
Maintenance Management. 1. Maintenance Management Employees who desire a change in assignment may file a written statement of said desire with the Coordinator of Maintenance and Custodial Services. Such statement shall include the position to which the Employee wishes to be assigned. Application to be submitted annually by July 1st.
Maintenance Management. 1. In the event of any reduction in force (R.I.F.) within the Maintenance Department, effective July 1, 1996, seniority (the Board appointment date of employment within the specific job classification of this employee group) shall apply. Said procedures also shall apply to any Maintenance Management Employee who is promoted to a supervisory position within the district.
Maintenance Management. 1. Maintenance Management Employees shall not drive school buses for the purpose of transporting students.
Maintenance Management. 1. Three (3) uniforms per year will be supplied to all full time Maintenance Management Employees. All Maintenance Management Employees who are active and of a permanent status on July 1 shall be eligible for uniforms for the forthcoming school year. However, maintenance management employees must satisfactorily complete the designated probationary period before receiving said uniforms. Those maintenance management employees who receive uniforms after March 1st must wait until July 1 of the second year before receiving the next annual set of uniforms.
Maintenance Management. The Borrower shall maintain all of its properties and assets in good condition, repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Without the prior written consent of the Lender, the Borrower shall not enter into any agreement (other than the CNL Property Management Agreements) providing for the management or operation of the Land or Improvements.
Maintenance Management. By using this service, in the case where a maintenance need is detected in the Vehicle, Mercedes-Benz Auto Repair Shop, pre-selected by the Customer can send the Customer a proposal in connection with the maintenance of the Vehicle (which shall not be binding on MBJ, the Mercedes-Benz Auto Repair Shop and the Customer).
Maintenance Management. Without prejudice to other conditions contained in the Contract, the Contractor’s maintenance obligations are more particularly detailed in this Schedule. The Contractor shall be responsible for all routine inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and replacement services in relation to the Centre and the Site including the roads, fences, walls, buildings, and all other plant, fixtures, fittings, chattels and other associated equipment including transport and mobile equipment and apparatus (together the Maintained Assets).
