Maintenance Fees. 4.1 In consideration for the Maintenance, Licensee agrees to pay ActivIdentity Agent designated in Exhibit A, the amount agreed with ActivIdentity Agent on a yearly basis. Licensee shall pay ActivIdentity Agent the Maintenance Fee on or before the first day of each year.
