Maintenance Facilities. Except as provided in Section 3.06, maintenance facilities used to perform maintenance on the Equipment ("Maintenance Facilities") pursuant to lease or ownership arrangements entered into after the Effective Date, shall be at such locations and pursuant to terms mutually agreeable to both parties. In the event Northwest provides the Maintenance Facility to Pinnacle, it will do so according to the terms of a mutually agreeable lease or sublease. Northwest shall reimburse Pinnacle on a monthly basis in accordance with 21 SECTIONS 5.07 and 5.08 for such Maintenance Facilities expenses incurred by Pinnacle. The cost to Pinnacle for Maintenance Facilities leased or owned by Pinnacle as of the Effective Date or thereafter, will be reimbursed in accordance with SECTIONS 5.07 and 5.08.
Maintenance Facilities. SkyWest shall provide and be solely responsible for all maintenance facilities necessary to the provision of Regional Airline Services; provided, however, that Midwest shall provide a reasonable amount of its present Milwaukee hangar facilities for use by SkyWest, at no charge to SkyWest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Midwest may, upon one hundred twenty (120) days written notice to SkyWest, utilize any hangar space provided to SkyWest for any other purpose, and SkyWest shall make other arrangements as necessary. To the extent that SkyWest was utilizing Midwest’s hangar facility in Milwaukee and is required to make other arrangements pursuant to this paragraph, Midwest and SkyWest shall mutually agree on an adjustment to the fixed costs in Section 5.04.
Maintenance Facilities. During the Term, each Operator shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate maintenance facilities required for the maintenance of all Equipment operated or utilized in connection with the performance of services pursuant to this Agreement (the “Maintenance Facilities”). With respect to any agreement to purchase, lease, sublease or otherwise obtain the use of any Maintenance Facilities or any amendment to any such existing agreement entered into by an Operator after the Effective Date, such Operator shall obtain Delta’s written consent prior to entering into any such agreement or amendment and Delta shall be entitled to elect to enter into any such agreement or amendment in its own name in place of such Operator and, in any such case, Delta shall grant to such Operator the right to use such facilities on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The cost to Pinnacle and Mesaba for Maintenance Facilities leased or owned by Pinnacle or Mesaba, respectively, as of the Initial Effective Date or thereafter, will be reimbursed in accordance with Sections 5.06 and 5.07.

If possible, complete in-house manufacturer recalls during PM Safety Inspections. SCL Responsibilities: Provide manufacturer recall notices to FMD upon receipt. Perform operator inspections when directed by manufacturer recall notices. Manufacturer Warranty Goal: Reduce SCL operating costs by receiving maximum value from manufacturer warranties. FMD Responsibilities: Identify repairs under manufacturer warranty coverage and take action to pursue claims. Credit money collected to the SCL Maintenance Fund. Seek reimbursement for in-house warranty work performed by FMD. Credit the money collected to the SCL Maintenance Fund. SCL Responsibilities: Manage the SCL fleet to maximize the use of vehicles still under manufacturer warranty versus those vehicles with expired warranties. Report vehicle defects so that they may be repaired while still under manufacturer warranty coverage.

Maintenance Facilities. During the term hereof, Mesaba shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate maintenance facilities required for the maintenance of all Equipment operated or utilized in connection with the performance of Regional Airlines Services hereunder (the “Maintenance Facilities”). In the event Northwest elects to provide any Maintenance Facilities to Mesaba, such facilities will be provided on the terms and conditions set forth in the Facilities Use Agreement or such other mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
Maintenance Facilities. Ordering Company shall provide BCS with adequate storage space for spare parts and adequate working space, including heat, light, ventilation, electric current and outlets for use by BCS's maintenance personnel. These facilities shall be within a reasonable distance of the Products to be serviced and shall be provided at no charge to BCS. Ordering Company shall not be responsible for any damage to BCS's equipment or materials stored on Ordering Company's premises unless the damage results from Ordering Company's negligence.
