License Types The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.
License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.
Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook. Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy, or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student. Instead, it is the intention of the parties that the relationship between Georgia Institute of Technology and Student be that of licensor and licensee and the sole right of Student to use the assigned space as a living unit shall be based upon the License granted in this Contract.
GRANT AND SCOPE OF LICENCE 2.1 In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this XXXX, we xxxxx you a non- transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on the Devices, subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Appstore Rules, incorporated into this XXXX by reference. We reserve all other rights.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Scope of License The license granted to you for the Company application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Company application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating system, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor terms of service.
