Maintenance and Support Agreement. 724 will provide maintenance and support services in respect of the Licensed Technology in accordance with the Maintenance and Support Agreement, the form of which is attached hereto as Schedule "D". The Services (as such term is defined in the Maintenance and Support Agreement) will commence, and 724 may invoice the Maintenance Fee, only after the first 724 Channel is delivered to (as contemplated in Section 2.16 hereof) and accepted by BofA in accordance with the acceptance testing procedure in Section 2.14 hereof.
Maintenance and Support Agreement. Maintenance and support provided under this Contract shall be in accordance with the Maintenance and Support Agreement as set forth in Appendix G of this Contract. No changes to the Maintenance and Support Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to by Vendor and DIR.

Tyler hereby waives Maintenance and Support Fees for the six (6) month period commencing on the Effective Date, whereupon Purchaser shall pay M&S Fees on a prorated basis for the remainder of the initial term. Thereafter Purchaser shall pay the Maintenance and Support Fees annually in advance on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
Maintenance and Support Agreement. The Company will provide to Licensee maintenance services and updates with respect to the Licensed Materials pursuant to a separate Maintenance and Support Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit D.

Maintenance and Support Agreement. Each Participating Member County shall execute its own respective Standard Maintenance Agreement, which shall be between Software Provider and the Participating Member County. Such Standard Maintenance Agreement shall provide that the Maintenance and Support Fees shall remain fixed for a period of [3] years after the Effective Date of Participating Member County’s Standard Maintenance Agreement previously executed with Software Provider and the CUC, after which time the fees may be adjusted to the level of the then current standard Maintenance and Support Fees. At each Participating Member County’s election, the Standard Maintenance Agreement shall provide either “Tier 1 Support” or “Tier 2 Support”. Software Provider shall provide each respective Participating Member County with maintenance and support services for the Judicial Software in accordance with the terms of the executed Standard Maintenance Agreement, and the applicable maintenance fees shall be collected from Participating Member County as set forth below:
Maintenance and Support Agreement. Together with the license to you of the Software as provided above, TheraManager is providing to you certain support services during a three month trial period at no cost to you and at TheraManager’s discretion. The maintenance and support obligations set forth herein shall only commence after completion of said trial period and once TheraManager has received payment from you at TheraManager’s then prevailing rates for performance of said maintenance and support services. Thereafter, the maintenance and support obligations set forth below shall take effect. For orders requiring shipment, full payment is due at the time an order is placed. DATA PROTECTION Digion Computers receives orders and payments via a secure server. Digion Computers will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of Customer’s order and payment secure. Digion Computers will only use the personally identifiable information Customer provides for the purpose of fulfilling an order. Digion Computers will observe the Privacy Act 1988 in respect of any personal information it accesses under this Agreement.
Maintenance and Support Agreement. Upon the commencement of Operational Use, Tyler shall provide End User with maintenance and support services for the Licensed Software, and End User shall pay the Maintenance and Support Fees.
