Common use of Maintenance and Storage Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Storage. The Contractor is responsible for keeping all supplies in its control and all Equipment, including personal protective equipment, well maintained and compliant with Law and shall check the same periodically for safety hazards. All supplies in the Contractor’s control and all Equipment is to be stored out-of-sight in the appropriate designated area(s) when not in use. The Contractor shall be responsible for using all products as indicated by the manufacturer.
