Maintenance and Repairs. With respect to any Lessee and the Lease Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder, such Lessee shall pay for all maintenance and repairs. Each Lessee will pay, or cause to be paid, all usual and routine expenses incurred in the use and operation of Lease Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder including, but not limited to, fuel, lubricants, and coolants. Any improvements or additions to any Lease Vehicles shall become and remain the property of the Lessor, except that any addition to any Lease Vehicle made by any Lessee shall remain the property of such Lessee if such addition can be disconnected from such Lease Vehicle without impairing the functioning of such Lease Vehicle or its resale value, excluding such addition.
