Maintenance and Monitoring. Long-term maintenance and monitoring (minimum of three years) shall be arranged by the project applicant and included in shoreline habitat and natural system enhancement project proposals.

Maintenance and Monitoring a. Qualified personnel shall maintain each computer as necessary. If an employee discovers a problem with a computer or accessory, he or she shall report it immediately. The necessary repairs and/or adjustments shall be made to correct the problem in a timely manner. Computer maintenance records shall be available to the Union upon reasonable for all equipment used by unit members.

If a CLIENT employee notices the system is not working properly they are to notify ENLIGHTEN immediately upon discovery to allow the system to be maintenance and placed back in operation for the mutual benefit of all parties. If the client is uncooperative and/or not able to provide the necessary internet connection required for the service, ENLIGHTEN is not able to verify the ad play and therefore not responsible for providing the revenue share. If intermittent issues persist ENLIGHTEN at its sole discretion can request the equipment be returned at the expense of the client as it violates term 1 of this agreement. The CLIENT hereby acknowledges and agrees to the installation of technology that will track the number of impressions and visitors in the CLIENT'S location. The CLIENT is responsible for any required postings in compliance with federal, state and local laws, to inform the customer this information is being tracked. The CLIENT is also required to assist in any way necessary to ensure this tracking system remains operational and up to date for the life of this contract.
Maintenance and Monitoring. Timely electronic tolling equipment maintenance is an essential part of a successful Express Lane system. Extended periods of equipment downtime results in loss of revenue and reduces HPTE’s ability to pay back the debt it incurred to help build the project, and to provide funding for additional construction projects in the corridor. HPTE must monitor and facilitate troubleshooting when issues arise with the servers that support tolling (transactions and images). HPTE requires access to the facilities that house HPTE equipment to support troubleshooting and/or provide escort to the teams that will repair or re-set tolling equipment. This access must comply with ITS’s process: Requesting node access and approval process. In addition, the following HPTE positions HPTE PM II – Tolling Maintenance Supervisor,,PM II – Major Projects Manager, and ETC Maintenance Manager can request badge access for the following Node sites that house HPTE equipment: Node 1, Node 2, CTMC, KOA, County Line Node and Airport Node. Additionally, during Emergency Outages impacting HPTE installed hardware (Firewalls, Network Switches, NVRs, SD WAN Appliances, etc.) the team can utilize the Requesting node access and approval process to restore internal network failures. HPTE personnel will abide by ITS Branch Expectation Memo - Moratoriums and Maintenance Windows - FINAL DRAFT 12-12-2022. Failure to follow the established ITS procedures will result in badge access being removed at any time. CDOT ITS plays a critical role in maintaining the electronic toll collection system, the fiber-optic network that the system runs on, and the various signs and communication devices that convey information to the traveling public. To ensure these important functions are carried out to a high standard, HPTE has tasked CDOT with performing the following ITS activities in and on behalf of the Express Lanes:

Maintenance and Monitoring. To the extent provided for in Attachment I, Ameresco will service and maintain during the Term (as defined in Section 5) the equipment scheduled on Attachment I, at a cost to Customer as set forth in Section 4 and Attachment G. Except for the ECMs (or other equipment) which are to be maintained by Ameresco, Customer, at its expense, shall be responsible for servicing and maintaining the ECMs (and such other equipment). To the extent provided for in Attachment M, Ameresco will supply such ongoing monitoring services during the Term at a cost to Customer as set forth in Section 4 and Attachment G.
Maintenance and Monitoring. The HOA shall be responsible for maintaining the System in good working condition throughout the Term of this Agreement. Additionally, the HOA hereby agrees to perform, or cause to be performed, monthly monitoring of the System for a period of three years (and thereafter at such times as the XXX xxxxx in its sole and absolute discretion to be reasonable), which shall include, without limitation, testing of the sump pump and monitoring system to ensure that they are in good working condition. The monitoring entity shall submit a written report to the Development Services Director of the City regarding all such testing and monitoring and the results thereof no less than monthly. In the event all or any portion of the System shall not be in good working order at any time or in the event of any future Lake failures, the HOA shall: (i) promptly notify the City of the status of the System; (ii) within thirty (30) days, commence, or caused to be commenced at the HOA’s sole cost and expense, the required repairs; and (iii) diligently pursue the repairs to completion. The HOA shall complete any repairs or replacement of the System and City roadways if directly damaged by any such leak or by the initial Lake failure, including, but not limited to concrete, pavement and utilities, in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. If additional damage to any City roadway occurs, which is caused by the initial Lake failure or by a future Lake failure, the HOA will be responsible for repairing at its sole cost and expense, the road including, but not limited to, the concrete, pavement and utilities, to the satisfaction of the City.
