Maintenance Allowance. (A) In the first regular check following the first pay period of each year, an employee who customarily wears a uniform while working shall receive a maintenance allowance of $1,175.00 each calendar year, except that recruits who have not completed twelve (12) months employment by a given January 1st shall be paid a pro-rated uniform maintenance allowance.
Maintenance Allowance. (A) During the first payperiod of each year, a member shall receive a maintenance allowance, except that recruits who have not completed twelve (12) months of employment by January 1 shall be paid a prorated uniform maintenance allowance. Such proration shall be computed by dividing the number of payperiods worked as of January 1, by the number of payperiods in that year and then multiplying by the annual maintenance allowance.
Maintenance Allowance. Each full-time employee shall, in addition to the above, receive an annual maintenance allowance of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) per year for cleaning of such uniforms. Maintenance allowance shall be issued to the employee and distributed by the Chief of Police or his designee in equal amounts on April 15th and October 15th of each year.
Maintenance Allowance. 1. Each Flight Attendant will be paid a uniform maintenance allowance of $22 per month.
Maintenance Allowance. Each full-time employee of the Fire & EMS Division will receive a maintenance allowance in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year. Such maintenance allowance will be paid to all full-time employees of the Fire & EMS Division on or before the tenth (10th) working day of February by a separate check. The Employer will require employees to wear a uniform. The Employer shall provide a reasonable number of new uniform items for the employee’s use. Employees are required to reasonably care for any uniforms issued, and they may launder such uniforms through machines provided on the Employer’s premises.
Maintenance Allowance. (a) Employees who are engaged to drive and operate plant and equipment and who are required, by Council, to carry out routine maintenance and/or running repairs, will be entitled to a Maintenance Allowance.
Maintenance Allowance. The annual uniform maintenance allowance shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) for each bargaining unit member with more than one (1) year of service. This maintenance allowance shall be used to reimburse bargaining unit members for the maintenance and/or replacement of uniforms and shoes. The dates of certification shall be May 31 and November 30 of each year. The installment payments shall be made in June and December of each year.

Maintenance Allowance. The annual uniform maintenance allowance for a Crewmember will be one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00), paid during the first Month following the anniversary of his Date of Hire and every year thereafter, provided the Crewmember is employed at the time the allowance is paid.
Maintenance Allowance. A. Effective July 1, 2015, and annually thereafter, each officer in active duty as of July 1 each year shall be entitled to an annual clothing maintenance allowance of $600 and each plainclothes officer in active duty as of July 1 of each year shall receive an annual clothing allowance of $500. Payments made in accordance with this Section shall be received no later than October 1 of each fiscal year.
