Maintaining Confidential Information. Executive reaffirms his obligations under that certain Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement entered into between Executive and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). Executive acknowledges and agrees that the payments provided in Section 4 of the Transition and Separation Agreement shall be subject to Executive’s continued compliance with Executive’s obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement.
