Maintaining Confidential Information. You agree not to disclose any confidential information you acquired, while an employee of the Company, to any other person or use such information in any manner that is detrimental to the Company’s interests, per NetApp’s Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (the “Proprietary Information Agreement”), which you signed when you were hired and you further agree to honor the terms of that agreement, including those terms which survive your employment with the Company.
