Maintain Records. CM/GC shall keep Owner informed of the progress of the Work. CM/GC shall maintain records of the cost for the Work pursuant to and in compliance with GASB 34 accounting requirements and such other methods as Owner may require, including complete backup documentation for all pay applications.
