Maintain Order. At all times, Tenant must maintain order in the Unit, and must not make or permit any loud, improper or boisterous conduct, or otherwise disturb other Facility tenants. All radios, television sets, stereo equipment, or any other appliances or items which may cause noise, must be turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other Facility tenants. No candles, halogen lamps, incense or other odor producing items may be used on the Premises. Tenant must not permit any offensive noises and odors to originate from the Premises at any time.

  • Termination – Orderly After receipt of a termination notice from the County of Orange, the Contractor may submit to the County a termination claim, if applicable.
