Common use of Maintain Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Maintain Insurance Policies. The End User must, prior to the first nomination of an Operator, at the End User’s expense take out and subsequently maintain current at all times during the Term insurance with a Corporation licensed to conduct insurance business in Australia (or otherwise reasonably acceptable to Aurizon Network) those policies of insurance required by this Agreement.
