Where Welder Helpers are used the major part of the day grinding or buffing with power tools in the pipe gang, they shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the Welder Helper rate. Where Welder Helpers are used for the following tasks they shall be paid fifty cents per hour above the Welder Helper rate: On pipe in diameter or less, the operation of the bending mandrel and the handling of clamps; assisting the Journeymen and as the attendant for oxygen manifold and acetylene generator on reconditioning of pipe in the yard; assisting the Journeymen on marine work and push jobs; assisting the Journeyman on river and bridge crossings; assisting the Journeyman on highway relocations and short lines in congested areas; lining up seams and helping with line-up, and assisting the welder at the second Head and Head positions on double jointing racks; assisting the Journeyman on pressure testing; and preheating with liquefied petroleum gas.   • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. In the event of any such change:

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:

Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
