Main Studio. Licensor shall maintain and staff the main studio for the Station as required under the Communications Laws.
Main Studio. Licensee warrants and represents that it will maintain its main studios for each of the stations in compliance with the rules, regulations and decisions of the FCC.
Main Studio. During the Term, Licensee shall (i) maintain and staff a main studio, as that term is defined by the FCC, at a location that complies with FCC rules for the location of a main studio within such area, (ii) maintain a local public inspection file within California, Missouri, and (iii) prepare and place in such inspection file in a timely manner all material required by Section 73.3526 of the FCC's rules, including without limitation the Station's quarterly issues/program lists. Programmer shall provide Licensee with timely information concerning Programmer's programs as is necessary to assist Licensee in the preparation of such lists.

Main Studio. The Licensee shall, to the extent required by applicable law or policy, maintain a main studio within the Station's principal community contour. The Licensee shall be responsible for the payment of salaries, taxes, insurance and related costs of Station personnel, including managerial staff, at the main studios, subject to any reimbursement by Broker as provided herein.
Main Studio. Licensee shall maintain a main studio (the “Main Studio”) for the Station in the manner required under FCC rules. Licensee shall lease from Programmer space for the Main Studio at a property owned or leased by Programmer that complies with the FCC’s main studio location rules, pursuant to a sublease agreement which Licensee and Programmer shall execute concurrently with this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, all Licensee equipment and assets located at the Main Studio shall be and remain the property of Licensee at all times during the Term. In the event of termination of this Agreement as provided herein Programmer shall allow Licensee at least 60-days to move the Station’s main studio to a new location and to remove Licensee’s equipment from the Main Studio leased from Programmer.

Main Studio. Licensee shall maintain a main studio, as that term is defined by the rules and regulations of the FCC, within the principal community contour of the Stations as required by the rules and regulations of the FCC. Licensee shall maintain an appropriate public inspection file at a publicly accessible locations within Key West and Key Largo, Florida, and shall, from time to time, place such documents in that file as may be required by present or future FCC rules and regulations.

In cooperation with Programmer, during the Term Licensee shall (i) maintain and staff a main studio, as that term is defined by the FCC, which Licensee may locate within facilities that Programmer shall provide within the Station's principal community contour, or at such other location that complies with FCC rules for the location of a main studio within such area, (ii) maintain a local public inspection file within Loveland, Colorado, and (iii) prepare and place in such inspection file in a timely manner all material required by Section 73.3526 of the FCC's rules, including without limitation the Station's quarterly issues/program lists. Programmer shall provide Licensee with timely information concerning Programmer's programs as is necessary to assist Licensee in the preparation of such lists.
