  • Policy Deductibles and/or Self-Insured Retentions The policies set forth in these requirements may provide coverage that contains deductibles or self- insured retention amounts. Such deductibles or self-insured retention shall not be applicable with respect to the policy limits provided to the City. Consultant shall be solely responsible for any such deductible or self-insured retention amount.

  • Self-insured programs and self-insured retentions Approval. Any self-insurance program, or self-insured retention must be approved separately in writing by the District's Risk Manager and shall protect the District, its Board of Trustees, and their officials, employees, volunteers, and agents in the same manner and to the same extent as they would have been protected had the policy or policies not contained such self-insurance or self- insured retention provisions.

  • Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to, and approved by CITY's Risk Manager.   • Failure to Maintain Insurance Failure on the part of the Consultant to maintain the insurance as required shall constitute a material breach of contract, upon which the City may, after giving five business days notice to the Consultant to correct the breach, immediately terminate the Agreement or, at its discretion, procure or renew such insurance and pay any and all premiums in connection therewith, with any sums so expended to be repaid to the City on demand, or at the sole discretion of the City, offset against funds due the Consultant from the City.

  • PERILS INSURED AGAINST We insure for direct physical loss to the property described in Coverages A and C caused by any of the following perils unless the loss is excluded in Section I − Exclusions.
