Mailroom. The on-campus mailroom will only accept mail and/or parcels for students actively residing at SMC Residence. The mailroom will not accept packages over the summer months after a student moves out, or prior to their arrival, to store until pickup. The mailroom is not responsible for any items returned to sender before or after the Term of this agreement.

Mailroom. The on-campus mailroom will only accept mail and/or parcels for students actively residing at Loretto College. The mailroom will not accept packages over the summer months after a student moves out, or prior to their arrival on move-in day. The mailroom is not responsible for any items returned to sender before or after the Term of this Agreement.
Mailroom. The regular work week is thirty-eight and three quarter (38 ¾) hours divided into five (5) work days of equal length. The work shifts are as follows: 7:00am - 2:45pm 8:00am - 3:45pm
Mailroom. The UCPEA may use the University mail service under the current policy of registered organizations. Specifically, this means that the Union shall pay the regular rate, understands that its materials may not interfere with other official University obligations, and that such materials shall be accompanied by a statement that they are not official publications of the University and are published at Union expense.

BUILDING STAIRWAYS AND LANDINGS Services performed as necessary or in the frequency as stated: • Police for trash, remove gum daily. • Sweep/spot mop no less than weekly. • Spray clean handrails. • Dust light fixtures - not less than quarterly. • Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors and door frames. FREIGHT ELEVATOR VESTIBULES Services performed nightly: • Sweep and damp mop nightly. • Clean/wash transoms high and low. • Clean prints and marks from doors. • Spray wipe exterior finish of elevator call fixtures. • Spot clean walls. • Clean elevator entrance frames. JANITORIAL STAGING AREAS Services performed as necessary or in the frequency stated: • Maintain all janitorial areas in a clean, neat and orderly condition at all times. • Maintain office and staging area in same fashion as tenant office areas. • Keep all paper supplies on pallets. • Utilize shelving for chemicals. • Re-stage brooms, mops and other equipment on a wall hanger at the end of a shift.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • HEATING The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • HVAC A. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment will be provided with sufficient capacity to accommodate a maximum population density of one (1) person per one hundred fifty (150) square feet of useable floor area served, and a combined lighting and standard electrical load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable floor area. In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment which overloads the system’s ability to adequately perform its proper functions, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing and supplementary system(s) may be required and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s expense, if within fifteen (15) days Tenant has not modified its use so as not to cause such overload.
