Mailings. SSI shall take all steps required, including the addressing of envelopes, to make the following additional mailings to shareholders:
Mailings. The Union shall be permitted use of the employee mail boxes, PROVIDED the handling of all such mail shall: (1) be by Union representatives; (2) be of no additional cost to the College; (3) be handled in a routine manner. Mailings. The Association shall have the right to use the District’s Employee mail boxes for the distribution of its communications and District mail services, except as otherwise required by law. For bulk-type mailings (e.g., a bulletin to all Association members) all handling at the building level will be done by the Association’s Building Representative or Association official. Copies of any Association and District bulk mailing shall be mutually given to the Superintendent and the President of the Association. If the Office of the Superintendent has a serious question as to the responsibility and general standards of good taste of bulk mailings, the Superintendent will contact the President of the Association.

Prior to mailing, the Client shall provide AST Fund Solutions with blank notices to holders which AST Fund Solutions shall prepare and issue in the names of holders of Common Stock acting as nominees and the Beneficial Owners and for the number of Rights to which the Beneficial Owners are entitled. The Client shall also provide AST Fund Solutions with a sufficient number of copies of each of the documents to be mailed. Mailings. In order to promote your event at Southbank Centre, you are able to access our database for print mailing purposes for no additional charge as part of the hire agreement. Data can be selected by previous attendance, art form, interest categories, geo-demographics and booking patterns. However, as we do not reuse data more than twice within the same month for contacting customers by mail, please book in your mailing with your marketing contact as early as possible and at least 6 weeks in advance. While there is no charge for use of the data, the cost of the mailing will need to be covered by the Promoter. Please note that SC enacts an exclusion zone each September around the SC Press Launch and each February around the Classical Guide mailing period. When using Southbank Centre customer data for direct mail it will need to be processed via our resident mailing house to ensure compliance with our non-disclosure agreement surrounding the use of our confidential customer data. Currently, our approved mailing house is Romax. In line with our data protection policy, all mailings go out on SC letterhead, in SC envelopes and are signed by SC. The use of logos in addition to the Southbank Centre logo will not be approved.
Mailings. The LCSB provides directory information to LSSC up to four times per year. LSSC provides at least a thirty‐day written notice for all directory information requests. Background investigations LSSC represents and warrants to the LCSB that it has read and is familiar with Florida Statutes §§ 1012.315, 1012.32, 112.465, 1012,467, and 1012.468 regarding background investigations. LSSC covenants to comply with all requirements of the above‐cited statutes and shall provide the LCSB with proof of compliance upon request. To the extent permitted by and subject to the limitations specified in Florida Statutes § 768.28, LSSC agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the LCSB, its officers, agents and employees from any liability in the form of physical injury, death, or property damage resulting from LSSC's failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph of Florida Statutes §§ 1012.315, 1012.32, 1012.465, 1012.467 and 1012.468.
