Mail System. a. The Union shall have the right to use the school mail system, to include school mailboxes, provided that it agrees to pay any cost assessed by the United States Postal Service. The Board shall not grant any other employee organization these privileges for matters dealing with this bargaining unit unless otherwise required by law.
