Mail Order Maintenance Drugs. The Board agrees to provide for the Employee or covered dependent(s) prescription drugs through a Mail Order Maintenance Drug Service provider, with co-pays as listed below. In a calendar year, the coinsurance will change to one hundred percent (100%) whenever the prescription drug co-pays as listed below exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for single coverage and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for family coverage, effective January 1, 2018. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.
