Mail Order Maintenance Drugs. The Board agrees to provide for the Employee or covered dependent(s) prescription drugs through a Mail Order Maintenance Drug Service provider, with co-pays as listed below. In a calendar year, the coinsurance will change to one hundred percent (100%) whenever the prescription drug co-pays as listed below exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for single coverage and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for family coverage, effective January 1, 2018.
