MAIL DELIVERY. United States mail which is received by the University bearing an employee name and accurate address will be placed in the employee mailboxes in the normal manner. In departments where employee mailboxes exist, the union shall have reasonable use of them. In departments where individual mailboxes are in a restricted work area, UPTE may make arrangements with the responsible University official in the restricted work area to have the UPTE mail placed in the employee mailboxes. Where mailboxes do not exist for employees, the University will distribute UPTE mail to employees by the normal method.

Where mailboxes do not exist for employees, the University will distribute Teamsters Local 2010 mail to employees by the normal method.

MAIL DELIVERY. United States mail which is received by the University bearing a Nurse name and accurate address will be distributed to the Nurse in the normal manner. In locations where Nurse mailboxes exist, the Association shall have reasonable use of them. At each medical center, the University shall provide a secure mail drop for use by the Association and Nurses. Nurse Representatives shall have the right to use their University e-mail account for the purposes of conducting Association business authorized under Article 27, Grievance Procedure.
MAIL DELIVERY. Subtenant is authorized to use the address of Sublandlord as Subtenant’s business address in accordance with the provisions of this Section 17. Subtenant acknowledges that (a) Subtenant has read and understands United States Post Office Form No. 1583, and (b) when Subtenant’s use of this address terminates, it will be Subtenant’s responsibility to notify all parties of the termination of its use by Subtenant. Sublandlord shall not be liable to Subtenant for delays in delivery or failure to redirect mail addressed to Subtenant at Sublandlord’s address.

Campers must make arrangements to have their mail forwarded after their departure for the Season. Petoskey KOA will not forward any mail that is delivered after Camper departs the Campground. Campers shall not use Petoskey KOA as their legal address. Petoskey KOA assumes no responsibility for Camper’s mail. Alternate mail service can be obtained by renting a Post Office Box at the Xxxxxx Post Office, located three miles north of the Campground on US 31.
