Machining. Components with individual marking (serial no. parts) If necessary, the individual S/N parts must be measured in accordance with the Buyer's specifications for the selected component characteristics according to the drawing and the measured values must be documented in a dimensional report (e.g. discs / rings). Components with batch identification (W- No. parts) Unless otherwise specified by the Buyer, the W-No. parts must be measured according to the specifications of the Buyer for the selected component characteristics according to the drawing at the following test frequency and the measured values must be documented in a measurement report:  First and last workpiece of a delivery lotBatch size 1-30 pieces = every 5th component  Batch size 31-200 pieces = every 10th component  Batch size > 200 pieces = every 15th component The extent of testing of the S/N and W-No. parts in series production must be agreed with the Buyer (the dimensions to be documented are specified in the measurement protocol). The Supplier is responsible for inspecting the products in accordance with the specifications provided by the Buyer. The measurement report must be sent to the Buyer (preferably electronically as a pdf-file) and archived at the Supplier's premises.
Machining. The Contractor shall perform machining processes which shall consist of, but not be limited to, operations performed on lathes, xxxxx, grinders, shapers, and electrostatic discharge machines. Selected machines are computer numerically controlled (CNC) and can be programmed both off- and on-line. Machining and grinding operations frequently require dimensional control to less than .001 inch. Foam machining shall include operation of conventional or CNC equipment in the foam shop or controlled areas of the primary machine shop. As a minimum, the Contractor shall be capable of operating a four machining centers at one time and ensure the machining centers are manned while operating.
Machining. This clause will not apply when a regularly scheduled (i.e. non-overtime) Material Handler is available. The Company will not be required to phone employees at home when canvassing for overtime to be worked during the week (Monday through Friday). For weekend overtime (Saturday and Sunday), the Company will not phone employees at home when canvassing for overtime unless the employee has completed regular scheduled shift prior to the overtime being offered. Those employees working on the second or afternoon shift shall receive a premium of Thirty (30) cents per hour. Those employees working the third shift shall receive a premium of cents per hour. If an employee's shift falls into any part of the above shifts, the employee will receive the applicable shift premium for the hours for which a premium applies. Shift premiums will be paid for overtime hours during these but will not be extended by time and one-half or double time. Employees who report for work for their regular work day and for whom regular work is not available will be required to complete four hours of work such as is available, for which they will receive their regular hourly rate as applicable. In the event of no work being available, the employee so affected may leave the Company's premises when permitted but will be allowed four (4) hours pay at regular rate, unless lack of work is caused by inability of the Company to operate through no of its own such as storms, external power failure, or other Acts of God, in which case no allowance for loss of work will be made. Employees who report to work overtime on a scheduled day off or for overtime not in conjunction with their regular work time will be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable rate unless the employee elects and is permitted to leave work prior to the prearranged time for reasons other than lack of work in which case the employee will only be paid for those hours actually worked This minimum guarantee will not apply to employees who are not available to work a minimum of four (4) hours and such employees will only be paid for those hours actually worked Employees may switch shifts with one another provided the change is made with an employee holding the same classification The employees involved must advise the respective Supervisors of their switch prior to the actual shift being made
Machining. When applying proud hardbanding, a groove shall be machined into the surface of the material prior to the application of hardbanding. The groove depth shall be 1/32” (+/-.010”) as measured from the surface of the material. When applying flush hardbanding, a groove shall be machined into the surface of the material prior to the application of hardbanding. The groove depth shall be 3/32” (- 0 + 1/32”) as measured from the surface of the material. When applying flush hardbanded fingers, three, 3/4” long, 1/2” wide and 3/32” deep slots shall be ground into the drill pipe box end upset. All groove and slot widths shall equal the intended width of the hardbanding to be applied as defined in section 6.0. Note: It may be necessary to modify the groove depth on the box taper to achieve a smooth tie in to the three (3) inch band located on the box OD.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Brakes Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines and fittings, power booster and brake callipers. Excludes linings, pads, drums and discs.
