The commodity rate shall be set according to the amendment No. 4 to the E-Control Regulation Commission Ordinance amending the Gas System Charges ordinance 2013 (Gas-Systemnutzungsentgelte-Verordnung 2013- 4. Novelle 2022) or according to any other amendment or ordinance which may be effective at the time when the commodity rate shall arise. The calculation of the commodity rate shall be taking into account injection and withdrawal of the given Balance Group.

The commitment fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect.
