Lunch Period Employees who work five (5) hours or more shall be granted a thirty (30) minute, duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period, which may or may not be during the normal lunch hours.

Lunch Periods 3.6.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period, which shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about mid-point of each work shift. Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
Duty-Free Lunch Period All teachers shall be entitled to a thirty-five (35) minute duty free lunch period.
week period If an employee fails to return at the end of the family care or medical leave, the CSU may require repayment of insurance premiums paid during the unpaid portion of the leave. The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.
Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.
Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.
