Common use of Lunch Period Clause in Contracts

Lunch Period. Lunch break shall be one-half (½) hour as scheduled and taken within one (1) hour of the mid-point of the normal hours of work. The lunch period will be measured from ceasing labour to commencement of labour and will be taken at a time mutually agreed by the Parties hereto. Should expediency require, the normal starting and quitting time and/or lunch period may be changed by mutual agreement of the Parties hereto.
