Lunch Breaks. All employees who work six (6) hours or more in a day shall be assigned an unpaid duty-free lunch break of thirty (30) minutes or sixty (60) minutes as determined by classification and schedule. The lunch period should be scheduled around the midpoint of the employee’s regular work shift.
