Lump Sum Fee. When used in this Contract, this term means that Contractors’ total remuneration shall be a fixed lump sum including all Personnel costs, Subcontractors’ costs, printing, communications, travel, accommodation, and the like, and all other costs incurred by the Contractors in providing the Services described in Annex A.
Lump Sum Fee. (a) Fees for the Services will be on a Lump-Sum Fee Basis, inclusive for labour and reimbursable expenses.

Lump Sum Fee. For the transfer of the contractual rights, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller a lump sum fee amounting to EUR 20,000.- Such fee is due upon conclusion hereof.
Lump Sum Fee. Compensates the ENGINEER for all costs incurred in the performance of this Agreement, including all labor, subconsultants and other expenses listed in Attachment No. 2. It is understood that the ENGINEER’s labor rates are adjusted annually, on or about the first day of each calendar year and that the services provided under this Agreement shall use the current rates at the time that the work is performed. Lump Sum Fee. (See Article 1 and Article 7 of the SBC-6a) Basic services normally are Lump Sum. If construction is planned under multiple contracts or construction types, an attachment is included delineating fee calculation and apportionment to stages of design and construction. The Lump Sum fee will be filled in by Owner on the SBC-6 Instruction Guide Sheet.
