Lubricants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a company in the Fuel Category may also manufacture lubricants (i.e., motor oil, etc.) and other products or offer other services (i.e., convenience stores) other than automotive fuel (collectively “Non-Fuel Products”). Such Non-Fuel Products sponsorships may be permitted subject to IMSA approval and provided the team’s racing car, uniforms, transporter and at-track equipment etc., cannot feature the brand, logo, trademark or product or service identification of a i) fuel, or ii) fuel retailer, or iii) a corporate brand name of a company in the Fuel Category without specific reference to the Non-Fuel Products brand.

Lubricants. 7 Except as approved in writing by the City Representative on an 8 individual vehicle basis, CONTRACTOR shall utilize re-refined motor oil and re- 9 refined hydraulic oil in all vehicles used by CONTRACTOR in the performance of 10 this Agreement, to the extent that such re-refined lubricants are available and do 11 not void a manufacturers warranty.

Lubricants. Seller shall provide for each item of mechanical equipment a supply of the lubricant required for the commissioning period. Lubricants shall be of the type recommended by the equipment manufacturer and shall be products of the District's current lubricant supplier. Contractor shall limit the various types of lubricants by consolidating them, with the equipment manufacturer's approval, into the least number of different types. Not less than 90 days before the date shown in his construction schedule for starting, testing and adjusting equipment, Contractor shall provide the District with three copies of a list showing the required lubricants, after consolidation, for each item of mechanical equipment. The list shall show estimated quantity of lubricant needed for a full year's operation, assuming the equipment will be operating continuously.
Lubricants. All the lubricants shall be those recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle and shall be specified in the test report.
