LOT A - ORANGE COUNTY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT. A. Background checks and security clearance requirements shall be based on the security requirements for each facility. The Contractor shall perform background checks at the Contractor’s expense, including any security clearance required by the Division of Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and submit them to County for determining whether the employee is allowed to work for in a particular facility.
