LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED WARRANT. If this Warrant is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, the Company shall promptly, on receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of, and the loss, theft, mutilation or destruction of, this Warrant, and an indemnity reasonably satisfactory to the Company (or in the case of a mutilated Warrant, the Warrant), issue in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like denomination and tenor as this Warrant so lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.
