LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. Landlord shall not be responsible for any of the Tenant’s property lost or stolen either from Tenant’s rented Premises or from any parking, storage, or common area in or about the Premises, and Tenant assumes all responsibility for the security and safekeeping any such property. Renter’s Insurance is strongly recommended.
