Lost Equipment. Where Equipment is lost or becomes a constructive total loss (other than when caused by the fault or negligence of the Contractor) the Requesting Party shall pay the Contractor the reasonable replacement cost within five (5) days of presentation of invoice.
Lost Equipment. If a student’s device is lost or stolen during the school day, the incident must be reported immediately to the campus iTech. If the device cannot be located through network monitoring systems, the iTech will contact the campus Security Resource Officer (SRO) so that a police report can be filed by the student. If a student’s device is lost or stolen outside of the school day (nights, weekends, holidays, summer), the incident must be reported immediately to the Garland ISD Security Department Dispatch office at 972.494.8911; staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. A police report must be provided. If a police report is filed there will be no cost to the student. If no police report is filed full replacement cost of the device must be paid prior to the issuance of a replacement device.
Lost Equipment. Equipment lost in bore holes may be required to be required to be retrieved or properly abandoned by government agencies. Client agrees to pay AET all costs related to retrieving and/or abandoning such equipment at AET fee schedule rates, unless agree otherwise.
Lost Equipment. If any equipment is lost, the student or parent must immediately report it to the school’s media specialist. When a device is reported as lost or stolen, the Information Technology Department will remotely turn off all device functionality so the device is unusable.

Students/parents/guardians may be responsible for the replacement cost of lost devices.

Lost Equipment. If equipment or instruments of Xxxxxxx are lost in an oil and gas well, Customer shall either recover same without cost to Xxxxxxx or pay for such equipment or instruments, except, if such loss is caused by the negligence of Xxxxxxx.
Lost Equipment. The expense of replacing any equipment not returned to the Lessor will be paid by the Lessee based on the rates outlined in the Replacement Value Table listed below.
