Losses and Liabilities. The term “Losses and Liabilities” as used herein shall mean all liabilities, claims, losses, causes of action, charges, penalties, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs), of whatsoever character, nature and kind, whether to property or person, whether by direct or derivative action, and whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, latent or patent.
