Common use of Loss, Theft, Destruction or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss, Theft, Destruction or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the ownership and subsequent loss, theft, destruction, or mutilation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver, in lieu thereof, a new warrant with the same terms and conditions. In the case of loss, theft, or destruction, Holder will indemnify the Company to the Company's reasonable satisfaction, and in the case of mutilation, Holder will surrender the mutilated Warrant for cancellation upon receipt of the replacement warrant.
