Loss replacement. Subject to the provisions of and upon the completion of three months continuous employment, a person employed for fifty percent (50%) or more of the normal working hours who is absent from work due to personal illness or injury, which absence is covered by the Compensation Act or the Canada Pension Flan, shall be eligible to receive a disability income benefit.   • Cost of Repairs 54.1 Loss or damage to the Works or Materials to be incorporated in the Works between the Start Date and the end of the Defects Correction periods shall be remedied by the Contractor at the Contractor's cost if the loss or damage arises from the Contractor's acts or omissions.
