Loss or Theft. In case of loss or theft of any check or chop for withdrawing, the Depositor shall immediately register such loss or theft with the Bank in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The Bank shall not be liable for the Depositor's loss resulting from its late registration of such loss or theft.
