Common use of Loss or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to by the Company of reasonable evidence of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrantany Warrant Certificate and, and in the case of loss, theft or destruction, of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to itthe Company, and (or, in the case of mutilation) , upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrantthe mutilated Warrant Certificate, the Company will shall execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate representing an equal number of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated WarrantWarrants.
