Common use of Loss of Use Clause in Contracts

Loss of Use. 7.1. Following a Breakdown of the Product in the British Isles, we will (subject to the limits of this Clause 7) refund to you those parts of the Rental Payments which were paid to us and relate to the period when the Product was subject to that Breakdown, except:
