Common use of Loss of Licence Clause in Contracts

Loss of Licence. 40.01 The Employer agrees, where an employee loses his or her Flight Crew licence due to medical reasons, to continue the present practice of making every reasonable effort to find suitable alternate employment for the employee either within the Department or elsewhere in the Public Service.
