Common use of Loss of Licence Clause in Contracts

Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;

Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a SNRP or licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;

Loss of Licence. Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted or recognised under section 8 of the Act or by a SNRP or licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;

Loss of Licence. The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains for the provision of the Passenger Services by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation of such licence or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorisedauthorised under section 7 of the Act;

Loss of Licence. ‌ The Beneficiary Train Operator (as an Associate of the Beneficiary) ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised recognized under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;authorised;‌
