Loser Pays. Each side agrees to pay the other side’s costs of bringing any successful Lawsuit or collecting payment owed under this agreement.

Loser Pays. With respect to any dispute among the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Participation Agreement, the reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such dispute shall be paid by the other party or parties to such dispute.
Loser Pays. Lessor and Tenant understand and agree that the Loser of a suit will be responsible for all reasonable and/or actual Attorney=s fees.
