Long Term Assignment. When it becomes necessary for the EMPLOYER to utilize an EMPLOYEE above his/her regularly assigned labor grade for a period of more than thirty (30) calendar days, the selected EMPLOYEE shall:

Long Term Assignment a. A substitute serves in a Long-Term Assignment if he/she serves ten (10) or more days of consecutive service in the same assignment.
Long Term Assignment. Substitutes who have completed a long-term assignment of twenty (20) consecutive workdays or more for the same absent employee shall be paid in accordance with the EmployeesSalary Schedule (Appendix B) retroactive to the first day of assignment.
