Common use of Long Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee shall be entitled to 13 weeks paid long service leave on the completion of 10 years continuous service and an additional 13 weeks paid long service leave for each subsequent period of seven (7) years of continuous service completed by the Employee.

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee shall be (a) Staff who complete ten years continuous service are entitled to 13 weeks paid long service leave on at the completion rate of 10 years continuous service 1.3 weeks per year and a proportionate amount for an additional 13 weeks paid incomplete year. Staff are to make an application for Long Service Leave at least six months prior to taking a period of long service leave for each subsequent period leave. If less than six months notice is given, it is at the supervisor’s discretion to approve the leave. Leave is normally taken in blocks of seven (7) years of continuous service completed by the Employeenot less than four weeks.

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 26.1 An Employee employee shall be entitled to 13 weeks paid long service leave on the completion of 10 thirteen weeks after ten years continuous service and an at the rate of 1.3 weeks for every additional 13 weeks paid long year of service thereafter. Each period of service leave must be taken in one period and must be taken before the next entitlement falls due or be forfeited. Reduced hours or part-time employees are to receive a pro rata reduction of pay but not of time during long service leave. The Ministry may agree to cashing up this leave on the completion of 10 years continuous service and upon application from an additional 13 weeks paid long service leave for each subsequent period of seven (7) years of continuous service completed by the Employeeemployee.

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee 23.1 Long service leave shall be entitled to 13 accrue on the basis of 1.3 weeks paid of long service leave on the completion per year of 10 years continuous completed service or pro-rata thereof and an additional 13 weeks paid employees are entitled to payment for a proportional amount of long service leave for each subsequent period upon termination of seven (7) years of continuous employment when their entitlement to long service completed by the Employeeleave is greater than or equal to 9.1 weeks.

Casual employees may be entitled to 13 weeks paid long Long Service Leave on a pro rata basis providing that continuity of service leave on the completion of 10 years continuous service and an additional 13 weeks paid long service leave for each subsequent period of seven (7) years of continuous service completed by the Employeehas not been broken.

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee Upon completion of 10 years of continuous service with the one employer, employees shall be entitled to 13 8.6667 weeks paid long service leave with pay. Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 21.1 An Employee shall employee who has completed 7 years continuous service with the employer will be entitled to 13 weeks paid long service leave on the completion of 10 years continuous service and an additional 13 weeks paid long service leave for each subsequent period of seven (7) years of continuous service completed by the Employeefull pay.

Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee shall be 35.1 Employees are entitled to 13 8 and 2/3 weeks paid of long service leave on after 7 years of continuous employment. Long Service Leave. 6.6.1 An Employee 23.1 Long service leave shall be entitled to 13 accrue on the basis of 1.3 weeks paid of long service leave on the completion per year of 10 years continuous completed service or pro-rata thereof and an additional 13 weeks paid employees are entitled to payment for a proportional amount of long service leave for each subsequent period upon termination of seven (7) employment upon termination of employment after 7 years of continuous service completed by the Employeeservice.
