Long Distance Service. For wheeled Containers that are more than fifty (50) feet 401 from the curb or edge of roadway (using the measurement method described 402 above), Contractor shall provide Long Distance Service. Long Distance Service 403 is an additional service Contractor shall provide that involves Contractor’s route 404 personal manually pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving the Container more 405 than fifty (50) feet to a serviceable location and returning the Container to its 406 storage location after Collection. The Long Distance Service is a regularly 407 scheduled service that is performed each day the Contractor provides Collection 408 service for the Container. Contractor shall charge the Customer for Long 409 Distance Service at no more than the Agency-approved Maximum Rate specified 410 in Attachment Q.

Long Distance Service. To the extent permitted by law, AT&T will be the Company's preferred provider of long distance service for so long as the roaming arrangement described in Section 8.2(a) remains in effect. The Company will purchase all of its long distance service, both for its own needs and for resale to its customers, from AT&T, and AT&T will provide the Company with long distance service at the best rates for which the Company qualifies consistent with AT&T's practice with similarly situated customers, provided, that at the time a long distance agreement is entered into, the rates are commercially reasonable and reasonably competitive. Long distance service may be purchased for the Company from AT&T by Logix Communications as long as such service is made available to the Company at rates no higher than the rates offered to the Company by AT&T directly.

Long Distance Service. CINGULAR will provide CUSTOMER long distance service unless CINGULAR makes available other long distance carriers with whom it has contracted to provide long distance service to CINGULAR’s customers and CUSTOMER requests one of those long distance carriers. If CINGULAR connects CUSTOMER to a long distance carrier other than the one it requested, CINGULAR is not responsible for charges CUSTOMER incurs with another long distance carrier, and is only responsible for connecting CUSTOMER to its requested carrier at the earliest opportunity after its has notified CINGULAR. Certain rate plans require use of the CINGULAR’s long distance service.
Long Distance Service. Long distance phone service is provided to an employee using a unique Forced Authorization Code (“FAC”). This four-digit number is yours for the duration of your employment with the City. It is extremely important that you DO NOT give this code to anyone, as you are responsible for all calls made with your code. If you receive a telephone statement that contains questionable charges, you should notify IT. This will allow your FAC to be canceled and a new one issued. The IT Department will investigate the suspicious calls and contact the long-distance company to get a credit issued if appropriate. Long distance charges on the xxxx are billed directly to your FAC, regardless of the telephone extension from which the call was placed. This feature eliminates any confusion about the person or department responsible for the calls.
Long Distance Service. SUCCESSFUL PROPOSER intends to toll restrict all analog line services to local calls and toll free “800- type” calls only. Long distance calling cards will be available upon request from the phone order form.

The Company intends to allow consumers to name their own price for phone-to-phone international and domestic long distance calls. Licensees WebHouse Club. The Company has licensed its patented Name Your Own Price(sm) business model and affiliated trademarks and software systems to Priceline WebHouse Club, Inc., which operates an Internet-based service for groceries and other retail products. Xxxxxx Digital Corporation owns 34.1% of the outstanding capital stock of WebHouse Club and the balance is owned by certain institutional and individual investors. Xxxxxxxxx.xxx owns a warrant that entitles it to purchase up to 137.5 million shares of common stock of WebHouse Club, or 77.5% of the fully diluted equity of WebHouse Club, at an exercise price of $3.00 per share, upon the satisfaction of certain conditions. Unless and until that warrant is exercised, WebHouse Club and its financial results will not be included in xxxxxxxxx.xxx's financial statements. In connection with the WebHouse Club transaction, Xxxxxx Digital, granted to xxxxxxxxx.xxx an exclusive (in the field of retail commerce other than vending machines or restaurants) worldwide license to certain intellectual property, including patent and patent applications, useful in WebHouse Club's business. The Company exclusively sublicensed these intellectual property rights to WebHouse Club and granted to WebHouse Club an exclusive worldwide license to its buyer-driven commerce patent rights and other intellectual property for use in the sale of groceries, health and beauty items and household supplies by retailers, as well as a non-exclusive worldwide license to such intellectual property for use in Internet-based, -------- buyer-driven commerce for the sale, by retailers, of other products or services. WebHouse Club pays xxxxxxxxx.xxx a sliding scale royalty descending from 1.0% of net revenues. In addition to the patent and technology license, xxxxxxxxx.xxx and WebHouse Club share certain information technology infrastructure, and xxxxxxxxx.xxx provides WebHouse Club with marketing and information technology services.
