LOCKING DEVICE. At all times during the occupancy, the Occupant will provide, at Occupant’s own expense, a locking device for the premises that Occupant, in Occupant’s sole discretion, deems sufficient to secure the stored personal property. Although there may be a place on the door of the premises for a second locking device, Occupant is only permitted to use a single locking device. If the space is found unlocked Owner may, but is not obligated to, take whatever measures Owner deems reasonable to re-secure the space, with or without notice to Occupant. The fact that Owner has taken measures to re-secure access to Occupant’s space does not constitute Bailment in any manner and shall not alter the limitations on Owner’s liability set forth in this agreement, nor shall such measures be deemed a conversion of Occupant’s stored property. Occupant is solely responsible for any other person gaining access to the space. Occupant shall be subject to a $10 fine per month for each unit that has been improperly locked and therefore prevents the owner from being able to put an overlock on if necessary.

LOCKING DEVICE. At all times during the occupancy, the RENTER will keep the storage space locked. The RENTER, in RENTER’S sole discretion, deems thelock used sufficient to secure the storage space. While there maybeaplaceon the door of the storage space for a second locking device, RENTER is only permitted to use a single locking device. OWNER has the right, as he deems necessary, or at the request of any authorized governmental agency or authority, to remove all locking devices bycutting, drilling or any other means. In the event any authorized governmental agency orauthority should demand access to RENTER’S personal property for any reason, RENTER willbepromptly notified. If OWNER or any authorized governmental agency or authority removes the locking device, the OWNER may elect to secure the RENTER’S personal property with OWNER’S overlock until the RENTER can inspect the personal property and provide a new locking device to secure the storage space. The OWNER or any authorized governmental agency or authority shall notbeheld liable for the replacement of any locking device that is damaged by forced entry. When the RENTER‘S locking device is removed by OWNER or any authorized governmental agency or authority, and OWNER’S overlock remains on the storage space, said action does not constitute Bailment in any manner. This action by OWNER is a temporary measure until RENTER can inspect and provide a new locking device to secure the stored personal property.

  • Mobile Devices Mobile devices which are issued by and belonging to the Contractor for purposes of processing Personal Data should have access control measures and remote wipe capability turned on. Procedures should be in place to report and wipe data off lost mobile devices immediately after detection of loss.

  • CONTRACTOR PORTABLE DEVICES Contractor shall not place Data on any portable Device unless Device is located and remains within Contractor’s CONUS Data Center. For Authorized Users subject to ITS policies, the Data, and/or the portable device containing the Data, shall be destroyed in accordance with applicable ITS destruction policies (ITS Policy S13-003 Sanitization/Secure Disposal and S14-003 Information Security Controls or successor) when the Contractor is no longer contractually required to store the Data. TRANSFERRING OF DATA General Except as required for reliability, performance, security, or availability of the services, the Contractor will not transfer Data unless directed to do so in writing by the Authorized User. All Data shall remain in CONUS. At the request of the Authorized User, the Contractor will provide the services required to transfer Data from existing Databases to physical storage devices, to facilitate movement of large volumes of Data. The Authorized User may require several Cloud providers to share or transfer Data for a period of time. This will be provided for in the Authorized User Agreement or shall be assumed to be limited to a six month duration. Transfer of Data at End of Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement Term At the end of the Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement term, Contractor may be required to facilitate transfer of Data to a new Contractor. This transfer must be carried out as specified by the Authorized User in the Authorized User Agreement. Transfer of Data; Charges Contractor cannot charge for the transfer of Data unless the charges are provided for in response to an Authorized User RFQ. Transfer of Data; Contract Breach or Termination Notwithstanding Section 3.6.3, in the case of Contract breach or termination for cause of the Contract, all expenses for the transfer of Data shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Safety Devices All Products provided under the Contract shall be equipped with required safety devices to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations that are in effect at the time of delivery.

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain County PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.

  • Protective Devices Protective devices, wearing apparel, and other equipment necessary to protect employees from injury shall be provided by the County in accordance with practices now prevailing or as such practices may be improved from time to time by the County.

  • Activation We will notify the Xxxxxx of your request to receive electronic billing information. The presentment of your first electronic bill may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx and may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. While your electronic bill feature is being activated it is your responsibility to keep your accounts current. Each electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to accept or deny your request to receive electronic bills.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.
