Location of the Company. The primary location at which you will perform your duties will be the Company’s principal offices at 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx. You acknowledge, however, that frequent and substantial travel away from the office, both within and outside of the United States, may be reasonably required for the performance of your duties hereunder.

In the event the Company moves the principal place of employment of Executive during the Employment Period to a location other than such 00-xxxx xxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Executive may elect to treat such event as a termination of the Employment Period by the Company without Cause.
