Location of Hearings. The single hearing site for each year will be agreed upon by the parties with preference being given to either Los Angeles, Tampa/Orlando, or Phoenix.

In disciplinary cases, the System Board of Adjustment shall meet at the Base of the Flight Attendant who is the subject of the discipline or at another mutually agreeable location.
