Location Manager. The term “Location Manager” shall mean the officer, employee, member, manager, principal or other agent of Franchisee designated by Franchisee as the person responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Location and who has successfully completed the Affiliate Integration Program (if required pursuant to paragraph 8.01 hereof).

Location Manager. The grievance shall be in writing, copy of which shall be given to the Branch Supervisor and to the employee’s representative. The grievance must be presented to the Branch Supervisor within fifteen (15) calendar days after the occurrence of the matter complained of and the Location Manager shall answer the grievance presented to him in writing within five (5) working days after he has received it. The grievance may be signed by either the employee or the representative.
Location Manager. In the event the claim is not resolved at Step 1, it shall be reduced to writing and presented to the Location Manager or their designee within five (5) working days of the claim discussion in Step 1. The parties will meet and discuss the grievance within five (5) workdays after the grievance was presented; the Xxxxxxx will be present. It is recognized, that in order for operators to 40 so qualify, they will be released from duty on their days off to complete this training. 42 (c) When Division Shake-Ups are held in accordance with this Section, Divisions and 43 all Terminal and Auxiliary Divisions controlled by a Division will take part in the 44 Shake-Up. For example, a Division Shake-Up at Division 10 will include Terminal 6.
Location Manager. The Producer shall have a Location Manager or its representative on site at all times during the shoot, who shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Location Manager shall coordinate with the L.A. Film Locations representative and respond to any building ownership concerns as they arise.
Location Manager. A Location Manager shall be provided by the Contractor hereunder and the Location Manager shall only be responsible for the Board’s Transportation Services and shall not perform any transportation duties related to any other district. Said Location Manager [and the Location Manager’s authorized designee], shall arrange with the Board to be available during all hours that the Transportation Services are being performed pursuant to the Agreement, as well as one (1) hour prior to the beginning of each day’s hours of service, and for meetings with representatives of the Board. In addition, The Location Manager shall be available by phone 2 ½ hours prior to the first AM run and one (1) hour after the final PM run is completed for emergency contacts from the District. The Location Manager is required to meet all State regulations and training requirements. The Location Manager is precluded from any bus driver duties, driving any bus, and/or bus maintenance functions. Sufficient management personnel shall be maintained and available from at least 6:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. when school is in session. The Location Manager must be located at the transportation facility servicing the Board.

Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.
